Ugh…. the long, last few weeks of winter. Yes, we are all getting spring fever. Where is the sun? I don’t want to go outside! Our bodies are stiff from trying to stay warm and dry.
I have two pieces of great news for you:
1- Spring is almost here – yeay!
2- There is a wonderful way for you to get through the final days of winter:
Do Yoga. Socialize. And you can do both at once! Visit a yoga studio that is just as much about creating a wellness community as it is about the classes it offers. What better way to shake off the winter greys than by enjoying the warmth of a studio that offers high quality, diverse yoga classes for all levels AND offers an inclusive, socially conscious, welcoming, and accepting environment.
So whether you are an established yogi craving community, or a not-so-confident neophyte, I highly recommend you visit one of these studios that we are so lucky to have right in our backyards.
Enjoy. Namaste. Everyone.
