- 2 Cups of all-purpose flour

- 4 Teaspoons of lemon zest
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla
- Sugar for rolling
Mix wet ingredients together with zest. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry. Roll into desired sized and roll through sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-16 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen ½ ounce cookies.
Glaze for cookies
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Fouresse Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup of lemon juice
- 2 Teaspoons of lemon zest
Mix all ingredients and glaze cookies once they are cool. Flavors may increase overnight.
