Jeannie Lynn Brittian, 54, of Cedartown was sentenced to serve 12 hours.
Xavier Cortez Cheeks, 25, of Rome was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Rampyl on a warrant out of Floyd County. Deaton remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Cassie Lynn Doub, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputies Eason and William on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court and released the same day.

Keenan Allen Goss, 29, of Aragon was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O’Neal and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, window tint violation, failure to appear in probate court and felony probation violation. Matthew Dimas McDonald, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy and charged with second degree burglary. McDonald remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (11/8/2012) (9/10/2012)
Sarah Elaine Moss, 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Nicholson and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Moss was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (12/24/2012)
Pedro Munoz, 24, of Rome was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Riley and charged with driving without a license and speeding (56-99 miles over). Munoz was released the same day after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department. Munoz was released the same day after bonding the Aragon Police Department.
Anthony Lymon Ore, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Ore was released 1/21 on an ROR bond per Judge Crane. See also (8/23/2012) (2/5/2012) (3/7/2011) (5/18/2010)
Christopher Shawn Vaughn, 41, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputies Henderson and Eason on warrants charging him with theft by deception and theft by receiving. Vaughn was released on 1/21 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,100. See also (6/22/2012) (8/27/2010)
