Michael Horace Bailey, 41, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Wagner on a 48 hour hold. See also (12/21/2012) (8/29/2012) (2/11/2010)
Kenneth Coats of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police on a warrant out of Hiram PD.
Nathan Barrett Crenshaw, 29, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with contempt of court regarding child support and failure to appear. Victoria Anne Espinoza of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with driving while license suspended and suspended registration. Espinoza was released on 1/19 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (3/27/2011)
Jason Lance Glenn, 30, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O’Neal and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, no license on person and speeding (72 in a 55). Jesus Soto Gomez, 38, of Cartersville was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Swift on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court and probation violation. Gomez remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/26/2011) (1/24/2011) (11/9/2009)
Thomas Herrell of Temple was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding. Herrell was released on 1/19 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,890.
Brian Alexander Jones, 19, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Jones remains in custody at the time of this publication. Samuel Lyn Mattews, 17, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Pilgrim and charged with misdemeanor theft by taking. Mattews was released same day on a $1,100 OT bond.
Billy Joe Moody, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Wagner on a 48 hour hold probation hold. See also (Two suspects in custody in connection with shooting of Billy Joe Moody) (Cedartown man gunned down in shooting incident)
Kenneth Randall Pace, 41, of was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Logan and charged with driving with no license on person, obstruction of an officer and a tail light violation. Pace was released same day. Pace was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $1,306.
