(NASDAQ: OPEN), an enormously popular on-line restaurant booking site, used extensively by your LA Travel Diva Examiner and millions of diners throughout the world, today (Jan. 30, 2013) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Foodspotting, an app for discovering and sharing great dishes at restaurants. The completion of the approximately $10 million acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
