Denver’s restaurant week runs through March 9, and most restaurants follow the rules of the $52.80 multi-course menu for two people. However, the competition is high to keep diners interested in coming back year after year. Below are favorite restaurants offering a creative take on restaurant week menus.
EDGE at the Four Seasons in downtown Denver breaks the usual dinner mold by offering lunch through March 9. The menu is chock full of burger favorites at $26.40 for two people, including two burgers with toppings, sides and two house made shakes. EDGE is known for its creative burgers and offerings include angus, chicken, or buffalo burger topped with choices of bacon, onion, avocado and a variety of cheeses. The half pint milkshakes are decadent, the price is right and the room is beautiful. 1111 14th Street Denver, CO 80202
