What does it take for today’s young women to go forth and succeed in the world? It takes social and emotional intelligence, confidence, connection, collaboration and creativity.
Introducing a new horse-assisted Teen Leadership & Empowerment Program that instills power, passion & purpose into teen girl’s lives. Through hands-on activities that instill mindfulness with horses, our experiential program allows teen girls to practice essential life skills in a unique way, refining inter-personal skills and developing the character strengths that will help them to prosper and thrive.
Utilizing the natural inquisitive and responsive nature of horses, we expand participant’s awareness by opening up new perspectives on relationship, communication, trust, team work, intention & boundaries. Working with our horses, we help them build authentic trust in themselves through exercises which inspire authenticity and a heart centered perspective.
