Planet X cometh. Catastrophes in China increase: Massive sinkholes, horrendous underground explosions, collapsing buildings, and a sinking Shanghai. Disastrous events are destroying land in China almost every day – especially in southern and coastal areas.
Any wonder that the elite exodus is speeding up . . . see how they run away from southern China and the coast, leaving their real estate behind them!
On Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, around 4 p.m., three buildings in Guangzhou City collapsed into an enormous sinkhole near a construction site for a new subway. The massive sinkhole (50 m wide by 9 m deep) swallowed buildings and shops, which fell directly into its gaping mouth. About five hours later around 9 p.m., land around the sinkhole collapsed again. Cracking sounds were heard in the area and cracks expanded around the sinkhole.
Reporters on the scene mentioned a strong smell of gas in the area. Not good!
Just three days before on Jan. 25 in Guangxi Province, a horrendous gas explosion destroyed an entire street in an upscale neighborhood of Beihai, one of China’s most prosperous cities and a thriving port on the north shore of the Gulf of Tonkin. A series of blasts ripped through thick layers of concrete and tarmac, rocking nearby flats and leaving the tree-lined road in shambles.
In the past four months alone, more than 20 sinkholes have developed in Lianyuan City in Hunan Province. River banks have collapsed, drinking water wells have been destroyed, farmland has been adversely affected, and houses have developed cracks, forcing the evacuation of many.
Do Chinese officials and other so-called “elite” take the Pole Shift predictions seriously? You bet! Cracking, exploding, and sinking land has little value.
Why else would so many Chinese officials be selling off “prime real estate” in Guangzhou and Shanghai? Many property owners are frantically dumping choice real estate there. Last fall, mass real estate sell-offs took place, with sell-offs increasing in December. Thousands of these transactions are considered suspicious, however, because they were conducted through what is known as “third hands.”
What do the Chinese elite know that the public does not? Could the catastrophes happening in southern and coastal China have anything to do with massive “ghost cities” built in northern China (thought to be a safe location)? What is a safe location?
Per the Zetas, a safe location is an area that will be fairly well protected during the Pole Shift.
Nancy Lieder of ZetaTalk has forewarned of a drop in elevation during the passage of Planet X (Nibiru) for areas from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province south along the coast to Vietnam. Chinese Provinces in those areas are being affected by pressure from the subducting Indo-Australian Plate.
Shanghai is sinking. In fact, a building and a shopping center in the area recently collapsed, and a 10-meter crack has appeared in a Shanghai road in the Lujiazui area, home to skyscrapers and 13 million people. During the pole shift, magnitude 8 and above quakes will devastate cities, and coastal areas like Shanghai will be inundated by rising water and sloshing oceans.
How safe would you feel in a high-rise building during a massive earthquake?

The Chinese are not alone in the so-call “elite exodus.” Many American elite have a “new lease on luxury property.” The Wall Street Journal asks the question, “Why are luxury developers and high-income home shoppers flocking to luxury rentals now? It seems that millionaires who can easily afford to buy property are now renting apartments and townhouses for a monthly lease of $30,000 or more. According to the Wall Street Journal, people with the money to buy trophy homes would rather rent and are paying huge sums for temporary digs – trophy rentals.
Fascinating, as Mr. Spock would say.Do they know something that perhaps the rest of us do not know? You be the judge. Feel free to post your comments below.
