Plant-based dietitian and passionista Julieanna Hever, MS RD, is the star of a new show on the Veria network to premiere on Monday, January 28, 2013.
What Would Julieanna Do? explores nutrition, cooking, fitness, yoga, fashion, beauty, raising kids, men’s health, women’s health, psychology, stress management, healthy living, travel, pets, and a whole lot more…all with a plant-based nutrition backdrop.
Julieanna Hever, the hostess and Julieanna of the show, is also the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition and co-author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Gluten-free Vegan Cooking.
Julieanna was recently featured on The Dr. Oz Show, The Steve Harvey Show, E! News, Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, TEDxCONEJO 2012, Fox 13 Seattle Morning News, and Reluctantly Healthy, co-stars on The Chef and The Dietitian, on numerous radio shows, and lectures extensively throughout the United States.
As co-producer and star of the “infotainment” documentary To Your Health, Julieanna interviewed a host of the plant-based world’s most respected doctors and researchers to bring this important information to film and television audiences. Julieanna is also a Special Consultant for the best-selling documentary, Forks Over Knives, and she has contributed recipes to both Forks Over Knives‘ books. Her work as the Executive Director of EarthSave, International, has also provided an opportunity for Julieanna to bring whole food, plant-based nutrition to the forefront of efforts to improve the current global health crisis.
Julieanna received her Bachelors degree from UCLA and Masters of Science in Nutrition at California State University, Northridge, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. She has taught as part of Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification Program, worked as a clinical dietitian at Century City Doctors Hospital, and has consulted for numerous businesses.

Award-winning Lani, M.A., CGFI, CPBN, FNS, – The Plant-Based Fitness Expert- is the author of Fit Quickies: 5 Minute Targeted Body Shaping Workouts. and creator of The Plant-Based Blueprint. She has over 30 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and trainer.
Guest Lecturer in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University and Associate Professor in Kinesiology at Butte College, Lani is Fitness Advisor for the Dr. John McDougall Health and Medical Center Discussion Boards as well as presenter and celebrity coach for the 21-Day PCRM Vegan Kickstart, VegRun Program, and the Complete Health Improvement Project (CHIP). She is also Health and Fitness Expert for Vegan Mainstream and Healthy Living and California Plant-Based Fitness Examiner at snaptwig.com. Lani is certified in Plant-based nutrition via Cornell University and holds a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Advanced Credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
