As previously reported here earlier this week, Bob Dylan is touring the United States in the spring. Today, 13 concerts were posted on Dylan’s official tour page, all in April, with Dawes listed as the support act.
Dawes tweeted (@dawestheband) earlier today, “Alright…we can finally announce it. We’re opening for Bob Dylan for his next tour.” The Dawes backed Robbie Robertson on the 2011 promotional tour for his album, “How to Become Clairvoyant.” Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith is apparently a big fan of the Band.
