During the winter season we all tend to acquire very dry skin. Even in Hawaii our skin can become dry and especially the soles of the feet.
When you have diabetes it is imperative to examine your feet daily for cracks, cuts, or blisters. Infections that do not heal can lead to serious foot issues. If you have good circulation you will have healthy feet.
